RETURN POLICY

At Funky3dFilaments.co.za, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Unwanted or wrongly purchased items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Discretion of Acceptance: Returns are accepted at the discretion of Funky3dFilaments. We reserve the rights to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
4. Courier Costs: The cost of returning items will be to the purchasers account.
5. Refund Process: If your return is accepted, we will process your refund, and the funds will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days. A 5% Handling and Restocking fee will be decucted on the total sales value.
